Help Desk & More is iiS's flagship Windows system for controlling call logging and work management. Facilities Net is iiS's web-based solution which can be used as a complete solution, or in tandem with Help Desk & More.

The Help Desk & More and Facilities Net solutions provides an environment in which to process call logging, call update, call routing, etc. in seconds. Calls can be logged, confirmed (by email) and routed to applicable contractor (by email) in about 15 seconds. All operations can be measured against SLA’s, with Escalation & Jeopardy also being indicated. Highly detailed resource tracking for work management includes detail and summary analysis of labour, parts, tools and materials.

Service Providers can record their responses and update the job details via the web, and several different multi-tier "contractor responsibility" models are available. An integral Report Generator and interrogation tool is provided. Email communication is fully automatic, leading to immediate routing of work to applicable service providers, and immediate confirmation to callers. This leads to a higher perception of the level of service.
